 Dự báo mức độ sử dụng CPU đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc quản lý tài nguyên và đảm bảo tính sẵn sàng của hệ thống dịch vụ điện toán đám mây. Tuy nhiên, bài toán này gặp phải hai thách thức liên quan đến tính riêng tư của dữ liệu và vấn đề "khởi động nguội" (cold-start) ở máy ảo (Virtual Machine - VM) mới, khi dữ liệu giám sát của VM còn hạn chế. Trong nghiên cứu này, nhóm tác giả đề xuất FedPC, một phương pháp kết hợp học Liên hợp (FL) với phân cụm theo chu kỳ. Cụ thể, kiến trúc đề xuất FedPC phân cụm VM dựa trên chu kỳ hoạt động, cho phép huấn luyện mô hình chung mà không lộ dữ liệu cục bộ, từ đó cải thiện độ chính xác trong kết quả dự báo cho những VM mới khởi tạo. Kết quả thử nghiệm trên bộ dữ liệu Azure Public Dataset V1 cho thấy FedPC vượt trội so với các phương pháp hiện tại về độ chính xác, chứng minh khả năng quản lý tài nguyên an toàn, linh hoạt, nâng cao tính sẵn sàng trong môi trường đám mây.
